PROJECT OVERVIEW
A multi-level coastal residential development of 10 units in Randwick. The architecture is guided by a singular ambition — to deliver the feeling of coastal luxury at every level of the building. Deep cantilevered terraces frame views of the surrounding landscape and ocean, creating generous outdoor living areas that complement the open-plan interiors. The interior design for select residences features a sophisticated island kitchen with dark timber cabinetry, stone surfaces and gold accents, all oriented to draw the eye toward floor-to-ceiling glazing and the views beyond.
ABOUT THE DESIGN
The building’s external character is defined by its bold horizontal terraces — wide cantilevered slabs that wrap the facade and provide generous shade to the glazed living areas below. The palette layers dark metal-framed glazing against lighter masonry panels, with lush greenery softening the upper levels. Inside, the interiors reveal an interior design sensibility aligned with high-end coastal living: an island kitchen anchors the open-plan living zone, its book-matched stone benchtop and dark timber joinery providing a warm contrast to the bright, view-oriented glazed wall. Every material selection — from wall finishes to hardware — reflects a considered, luxury standard.
