The Eastern Road 3-bedroom apartment is a brand new luxury home in a premium east-side setting, making the most of the north aspect and featuring a large terrace scaled for entertaining. The low-rise block boasts lift access and includes dual-security parking and storage. Zand Design Studio's team was involved in this project as the project architect.
