Our Team
Zand Design employs a comprehensive team of architects that can deliver a full range of architectural services across sectors of the built environment and lead the concept design, documentation, and delivery of a range of projects, including multi-residential buildings, luxury houses, and commercial projects.
The team works under the guidance of Architect, Javad Zand, who has more than fourteen years of design experience.

As Founder and Director of Zand Design, Javad leads every project from concept to completion, bringing more than 18 years of experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout NSW, ACT, and Victoria.
Mark Zhang is a registered architect and design practitioner with over a decade
of experience in architecture and urban design, ranging from bespoke residential
homes to large-scale commercial and transport infrastructure.

coordination, and construction project delivery across residential, commercial, and
infrastructure developments
Daniel Cao is a UNSW Computational Design graduate proficient in BIM (Revit) and
algorithmic automation via Python and Grasshopper.
Civil Engineer and BIM Specialist with 15 years of experience and a portfolio of
over 150 projects. Expert in Revit and full-cycle BIM modeling, with a proven track
record as an Architecture Coordinator.
As an architecture graduate currently completing a Master of Architecture (Urban
Transformation) at Western Sydney University, He is a dedicated, detail-oriented

Expert in Marketing and champagne management with over 9 years of experience in
admin team with different companies, for the past 4 years working with Zand design
Team, Also a designer driving growth through human-centered design and emerging
tech.
With nine years of experience in the design industry, she specializes in multimedia,
product, and interior design. Currently a student in Product Service System Design
at Politecnico di Milano, her work focuses on delivering intuitive visuals alongside
immersive design experiences and spaces
