As Founder and Director of Zand Design, Javad leads every project from concept to completion, bringing more than 18 years of experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout NSW, ACT, and Victoria.
His design philosophy combines technical excellence with a deep understanding of context, functionality, and the way people experience spaces. Every project is approached with a commitment to creating architecture that is both purposeful and enduring.
Javad remains actively involved throughout the entire design journey, from the initial client brief and concept development through to approvals, documentation, and project delivery. His hands-on approach ensures every project receives the highest level of attention, quality, and care.
