Key Features:

Architectural Volume:

The living area features a double-height ceiling and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, maximizing natural light and establishing a strong visual connection to the exterior landscape.

Materiality & Finishes:

Central to the design is the use of large-format stone cladding, notably on the sculptural, floating fireplace and the integrated kitchen island.

Kitchen & Dining & Curated Lighting:

A minimalist, open-plan kitchen incorporates custom timber cabinetry with recessed LED task lighting and high-specification integrated appliances.

The space is defined by architectural lighting solutions, including a minimalist linear pendant over the kitchen island and a large-scale sculptural ring pendant in the void.
