PROJECT OVERVIEW
A multi-level townhouse development delivering four-bedroom residences with a sophisticated, tiered architectural character. The design responds directly to the site's scale and street presence, stacking generous living, dining and bedroom zones across multiple levels while maintaining an open, light-filled quality throughout. Integrated landscaping and subterranean parking elevate the development to a premium standard that respects the established character of the Lindfield streetscape.

 

ABOUT THE DESIGN
The architecture is defined by a strong material contrast, dark metal framing and batten screens set against light masonry panels and warm timber accents. Large-format glazing runs the full height of key living areas, flooding interior spaces with natural light and creating a strong visual connection between inside and out. The tiered massing steps back as it rises, softening the building's overall volume and allowing rooftop landscaping to contribute greenery at every level. Subterranean parking is resolved seamlessly beneath the building, keeping the ground plane clear for landscaping and pedestrian access.
