Description

The client brief for the 8 May St. house is to add two bedrooms at a minimum cost, thus increasing the house's usability.
We examine the existing structure so that the lowest cost occurs. We take advantage of the view, the lay of the land, and the slope's direction so that the client can use the best picture. By taking this action, the cost of the addition is kept to a minimum, and we take the best advantage of the view and slope.
Further, although this wall is added as a structure, it is an architectural element connecting the interior and exterior. Therefore, in terms of design, we made the most of it by considering the new addition as an art element in itself.
