NDIS projects
working
project overview
This NDIS development delivers five villas and two houses across a multi-lot subdivision, all designed to High Physical Support SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) standards. The site layout is planned around accessibility-first principles — prioritising step-free circulation, generous turning radii, and seamless movement between indoor and outdoor spaces. Integrated landscaping knits the individual dwellings together into a coherent, human-scaled residential setting.
the challange
One of the primary challenges was the site's topography. Designing a dual occupancy that respected the natural slope required innovative solutions to ensure stability, functionality, and aesthetic coherence. Additionally, maintaining a balance between luxury and environmental harmony posed a unique design challenge.
our response
188 Kissing Point successfully addresses the complexities of its site, resulting in two luxury residences that offer unparalleled living spaces. The project stands as a model of how modern architectural practices can respect natural landscapes while providing high-end residential solutions. Residents enjoy spacious interiors, stunning views, and a design that thoughtfully integrates with the surrounding environment.
