PROJECT OVERVIEW
This NDIS development delivers five villas and two houses across a multi-lot subdivision, all designed to High Physical Support SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) standards. The site layout is planned around accessibility-first principles — prioritising step-free circulation, generous turning radii, and seamless movement between indoor and outdoor spaces. Integrated landscaping knits the individual dwellings together into a coherent, human-scaled residential setting.

ABOUT THE DESIGN
The dwellings adopt a single-storey residential typology that sits comfortably within the surrounding suburban context. Wide openings, covered entries and level thresholds are integrated into the architectural composition without appearing institutional. The site plan reveals a considered approach to lot subdivision, with shared landscaped zones buffering each dwelling and providing spatial separation while encouraging a sense of community. The material palette rendered masonry and neutral tones contributes a calm, residential quality appropriate to the end users.
