PROJECT OVERVIEW

A high-end luxury duplex development designed to elevate the residential standard in Long Jetty's coastal setting. The building is characterised by a modern facade that layers stone-textured finishes with timber accents, creating a refined material palette suited to the relaxed coastal lifestyle of the Central Coast. Integrated balcony greenery softens the building's presence and reinforces its connection to the surrounding natural environment.

ABOUT THE DESIGN

The building presents a clean, contemporary two-storey form — stone-textured rendered panels define the primary facade, punctuated by large-format openings framed in warm timber. Balcony planters introduce lush greenery at the first floor, creating a living edge that softens the horizontal geometry of the parapet and eaves. The ground-floor entry and garage arrangement is resolved neatly within the facade composition, maintaining a unified architectural language from street to sky. The dual-occupancy nature of the building is only subtly expressed — two distinct front entries are set within a single, coherent facade, respecting the residential scale of the Long Jetty streetscape.
