PROJECT OVERVIEW

A luxury two-storey dual occupancy delivering five bedrooms per dwelling with a facade that makes a confident architectural statement on the streetscape. Curved off-form concrete panels anchor the composition, softened by warm timber screening and integrated balcony greenery. The mirrored plan provides both dwellings with identical amenity — generous bedrooms, open-plan living, and private outdoor areas — while the overall form reads as a single cohesive building.

ABOUT THE DESIGN

The facade is the building's most striking feature — curved off-form concrete elements frame the balcony openings and entry zones, contrasting with the warmth of the vertical timber screens set behind. Hanging greenery cascades from the balconies, softening the geometry and adding a living quality to the material palette. The mirrored composition creates a strong bilateral symmetry that reads confidently from the street — bold enough to make a statement, resolved enough to respect the suburban context. The material palette — raw concrete, warm timber, and natural greenery against a pale masonry base — achieves a level of refinement unusual for the dual-occupancy typology.
